Beekeeper deregistration form

Please note:

If you still have beehives out on an apiary site you cannot deregister until those beehives are removed, or destroyed in accordance with the AFB National Pest Management Plan. Unregistered apiaries are often found to be sources of AFB infection for neighboring apiaries.
